What’s the number one reason most people give for procrastinating on their fitness goals? Time. We want the benefits of exercise but we are not willing to put in the time to obtain them. It’s like wanting to get to heaven but not being willing to die. At Inner Strength, we can’t promise you something for nothing but we can help you attain your fitness goals in a lot less time then you thought was necessary. How is that possible? Read on.

    High Intensity

— Beyond the first few sessions where you are taught the essentials of proper exercise form, your instructor will push you to meet your goals for each set of each and every exercise in your routine. Despite the intensity of the workout it is very safe because you are asked to move the resistance in a controlled manner and the amount of resistance you handle will never exceed what you are capable of handling with good form.

    Precise Record Keeping

— We keep precise records regarding the workload, exercise sequence, duration and frequency of your sessions. Nothing is left to guesswork so we can ensure progress with each and every session.

    The Best Equipment

— We use primarily basic barbell exercises to build strength in a balance fashion but we also have Med-X, SuperSlow Systems, and vintage Nautilus equipment for those who cannot productively use barbells.

    Brief, Infrequent Workouts

— The typical Inner Strength session lasts 30 minutes.  What’s more, we train our clients very infrequently–anywhere from 1 to 3 times per week. At Inner Strength we want the client to be paying for results, not time spent in the gym.
